Partnering 4 Performance – Our Approach to Leadership

Partnering 4 Performance is how we deliver great leadership at H&W. The approach is made up of 4 key elements – Plan & Review, Regular Quality Conversations, Day 2 Day Support and Situational Leadership.

At the heart of our approach sits the 5 needs of a Team Member, we know that if we deliver all elements of the Partnering 4 Performing approach we will meet all 5 needs of our team members, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged and able to achieve success. Partnering 4 Performance is an annual cycle, with conversations happening all year round. This is not just about a twice-yearly appraisal, it’s about all the conversations we have on regular basis – feedback, coaching, 121s, check-ins and so on.
